At the same time, the Ministry of transport also requires that before the solar road stud is delivered for use, three cycle tests should be conducted between 20 ℃ and 60 ℃ to observe whether it can meet the requirements of the environment.
In addition, the relevant technical standards of the Ministry of transport have also made requirements for the moisture and heat resistance of solar road studs. The requirements for the moisture and heat resistance of solar road studs are under the conditions of 45 ℃ and 98% relative humidity, the solar road studs can still normally work 48 hours after the test. Only the solar road stud that meets this condition can be put into production and use.
Therefore, if you want to install solar road studs on the highway, you must first understand the environmental characteristics of the highway, including temperature, humidity, rainfall, etc. Although solar road studs have strong environmental adaptability, the performance and properties of solar road studs need to be adjusted according to environmental factors.
