After the circuit between the solar panel and the battery is welded, the battery needs to be fixed on the circuit board with glue to prevent it from rubbing against the circuit board and causing a short circuit. Then turn these inside the plastic case, and finally use glue to reinforce the gap between the circuit board and the plastic case. Finally, the entire plastic upper shell will be put on the glue injection machine for glue injection to play the role of waterproof, dustproof, and reinforcement.
The last thing is to put the plastic shell inside the aluminum shell, add an aluminum ring to it, and fix it together with screws so that an embedded aluminum solar road stud is completed. The seemingly simple process requires the patience and care of the master worker. A slight flaw may cause the solar road stud to be unusable.
